I don’t understand how you can run out of ingredients almost everyday and not update the order machine. Why sell subs if you’re going to run out of sub rolls everyday? You should down size the staff that seem to always stand around and order more product. I love Royal Farms and have visited most through out Maryland and Delaware but your Camp Springs Maryland location is by far the worst I have ever been in.

This Royal Farms is OK, the chicken is good but the line are some times long and cashiers are slow.

This store is unacceptable to represent Royal Farms. I was so excited to see this store join the neighborhood, and for a few weeks it met the excitement. Now there should be some knowledge regarding the neighborhood. There are 6 plus Churches within a 5-mile radius of this location and every Sunday, they are either short staffed/out of product. We had to wait over 30-mins Sunday for individual chicken boxes, and there were 4 people ahead of me. This store's product is managed poorly, and needs to forecast for the crowd on Sunday's. Missed Sales Opportunities.

Never never have anything ready. Always out of coffee, hot chocolate, cups, sugar, stirrers, you name it. Where are the managers? No HAIR NETS OR HATS, being worn. Employee's eating behind the food service area. 12 coffee makers and you run out of coffee daily? 10 employees and nobody is responsible for making sure there's coffee. It really just gets worse as time goes on. Not enough employees that care, the few that do care are overshadowed by those who don't. This store needs tougher management.
