  Okay, so the crew behind the chicken counter are horrible. When I got my food they started laughing and shaking there heads. A lady before was complaining about the fries. I think they gave of fries or something. It the ole saying, if the cat the mice will play. That’s bad for business. If you don’t like your job then quit. Don’t take it out on the customer.

  Not the best Royal Farms I've been too. The bathrooms were definitely in need of TLC. The wait in line was kind of ridiculous but I understand employees need breaks too. The only thing was the one employee who was helping line was waiting the other female employee to come back and she sure did take her time walking back to the counter haha 😂. The chicken sandwich wasn't good but a brother was hungry so I made do. Im usually a big fan of the Farm but today was a lil disappointing.

  Over several visits over the course of the past couple of years, this location of RF is consistently out of brand as far as quality and customer service. Last visit, couldn’t provide a bag, didn’t get cheese sauce ordered and was on the receipt, all the dark meat and wings looked and smelled as if cooked in trash oil. Too many chances, too many failures. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE.

  When this place first opened the food and service was impeccable. Today, service and food was horrible. I had multiple missing items. Went to address the issue with multiple staff members, every single one messed up the order again and to top it off one team member lied and said she gave extra tenders because they didnt the chicken that I ordered. Mind you it was two different orders and she didnt give me extra tenders at all just the 5 pieces and a sprinkling of fries. My sandwich contained old chicken that i literally could not eat. Lets not mention all the other customers demanding the speak with the manager and the manager was gone like houduin and could not be found. The best thing to do at this point it to fire everyone working the 2:00pm shift today. Dont believe me check them cameras!!!! Unprofessional, cold and missing food ontop of these insane gas prices...what a wonderfully horrendous experience.

  The chicken and potato wedges were made with care and the gas prices are very competitive. The store offers ample parking and sanitation stations are available for free to all that enters . Management is doing a great job with stocking and food preparation. This place will receive a 4 star rating from me.
