  Rented 2bdr thru Alii Beach Rentals, place was extremely dirty, walls were the worst i have ever seen in holiday accommodation. We had to pay Alii beach rentals $225.00Us for cleaning it is clear this is not being used, they should be ashamed of themselves for not doing their job properly

  Stayed here during my 2 weeks trip to Oahu. Property is quite old, estimated to be around 20 years old based on my experience. However, the unit I was staying at was quite well taken care of.

  It’s an average apartment with basic amenities. Nothing too special and it serves the necessities of a vacation well.

  Building is a bit tired but generally tidy. Some public areas a bit scruffy Low to mid range so not unexpected. Well located so suited our family and budget. Not perfect but our unit was tidy and comfortable despite the odd cockroach. Pretty much got what I expected. Yes you should read reviews before you book!

  I stopped by the Royal Aloha to visit a friend. The condo is in a good location. The elevators and hallways are relatively clean and in good condition. The unit that I visited was a two bedroom unit and had a decent sized living room and kitchen. It seems like a comfortable and cozy living space.
