  Terrible customer service, expensive food considering how bad it is. It looks very dirty behind the counter, and the employees are incredibly rude.

  Hi, my wife and my 3 kids eat at round table pizza about 3 times aweek and this round table pizza on vaness is very poor customer service, the manager Diego C is so rude , no smile, or anything, I was trying to order the special that's $17.99 I was telling him no basil or parmesano cheese, and he telling me he cannot take anything off, he said very very rude that that's why it's on sale for people to buy the way it comes, and keep in mind I come to this location 2 to 3 times aweek, sometimes more, and I spend a lot of money at round table, and this manager was going to turn down my order and let me walk away because I wanted to take 2 things off, and he was really unperfesonal about the whole situation, this was not the first time we had problems with this manager, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION,. And the way he talks to the other employees is sickness, he's a asswhole, sorry for my language, thank you for your time.

  I have problems using the bathroom it takes me awhile. And the lady that works there yells at me that I'm taking to long. Saying I'm using drugs. I'm a 16 year old boy who is not using drugs. Hurt my feelings cuz I have problem using the bathroom. I go down there to use the bathroom alot because I have alot of people living in my house so I can't use the bathroom for as long as I need. Also the place is a dump way to expensive and the food is horrible. I have intestinal problems and the lady yelled at me I hope she reads this. And I've seen rats in side. I've seen them chasing a rat with a broom trying to get it out. It's super dirty where they make the food. DON'T EAT THERE IT NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. I hope a new and better place replaces it

  The customer service isn't very good and they were not helpful when we had questions about the menu. They didn't have any beer, the salad bar wasn't very fresh and none of the arcade games worked. Along with all of this, the establishment was notnverly clean. I was really not impressed at all. I used to be a Round table employee and I expect much better than this!
