  The tech was timely and complete with diagnosing the problem. He recommended a service that resolved the issue the first time. He was also very engaging and patient with my 5 year old daughter. She questioned EVERYTHING the tech did. He explained everything to her, including where water goes after it goes down the drain, all the way to the filtration plant. We had a great experience.

  I needed roto rooter for a backed up sewer pipe and they were able to quickly help me out. The technician who came, Marquis, was very professional and explained everything that he would need to do upfront and what the cost would be. I was very satisfied with the service and would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

  Available on a Saturday, at no additional fee. Adrian Falcon #264 arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, completed the repair. Adrian was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. I called RotoRooter because my plumber was unavailable on a Saturday. I don't think I'll be calling my regular plumber ever again.

  Adrian is very professional and provided excellent service. As soon as I told him what was wrong he immediately went to work. Adrian fixed my clogged bathroom sink in no time. Even educated me on how to keep the pipes clean. I’ve since recommended Roto-Rooter to all my friends. It’s plumbers like Adrian that made me write this review. Thank you!

  Not sure how this place has such good reviews....made an appointment and waited all morning for plumber to arrive between 8-12. I called once around ten to ensure everything was on time and was given attitude and told they would call before noon. Nobody called, and when I reached out again they told me they would have someone call (not even come) between 12:30 and 1:30. Eventually cancelled the appointment... as naturally I can’t dedicate a full day to waiting for a plumber. Awful experience.
