  **Update: after a couple calls I got all videos from inspecting the lateral line off my property and roto rooter submitted an updated comprehensive report to the city. The city now has us on the list to tear up the street outside my yard and repair the lateral line.** Have an issue with my sewer later being blocked. The first tech was awesome but couldn't open the line and called another tech to open with a jet and inspect with a camera. After that the line was partially unclogged and they didn't finish it. Didn't say if it was because of a damaged/collapsed line or the just couldn't get the line open. They took a payment from my wife and were supposed to come back and provide a definitive assessment and clean the line or provide info for a city repair, but never did.

  Making an appointment was easy and I was notified 30 minutes before Steve arrived at my house. Steve was professional and efficient. He assessed the situation and got right to work. Going the extra mile, he suggested strategies to help preserve the work he did and explained the root growing process in layman terms. He was very patient as I was looking over his shoulder asking questions. Overall a very positive experience!

  It's 2pm and I notice water filling in places it should not be. In a frantic call I ask will it be extra on Saturday and can I get someone now. To my surprise they do not charge extra for weekends and they can get someone there between 3-5pm. I cautiously said thanks and waited. As miracles go Matt was there before 3 and was done by 5. I listened as he carefully explained the process and the expenses (which were not as bad as I thought). He then found lots of sludge and roots! How often has this been cleaned out he ask? Oh once every 20 years (who would know?). In a nutshell - Great service (thanks again Matt), done in a timely manner, and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for!

  First class service all the way. Response time was very quick...Chris showed up and very professionally assessed the situation. Mike Resetarits arrived moments later and began work to fix the problem. Both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that they were great and we'd certainly recommend them to all. Thanks!

  I am exceptionally happy with the services completed for my 55 year old home. From the beginning of the process and throughout the scope of the work needed to repair my homes plumbing issues, everyone I dealt with responded in a very professional, courteous and friendly manner. While the job took a few days to resolve, everyone from customer service, dispatch, technicians, and plumbers stayed focused and worked until the job was completed to my satisfaction. I am comfortable in following the plan of action needed to get my home up to date and functional. All quotes were up front and in writing and I did not have to pay additional charges when problems arose. What a nice surprise! The work did not interfere with my families normal routine. I will recommend roto rooter to family and friends along with personal recommendations and requests to Gabby and Carl to complete the services needed based on their areas of expertise. Thank you!!
