    Colin fixed my spigot with professionalism and made sure everything was done correctly. He was maticulous on the caulking. I appreciate the time he took to do the job right. The repair was a little pricey, beyond what I expected but I didn’t have the right tools or parts.

    Service was scheduled between 8-10. I called at 10:20 the call center insured me that they would have someone there in the next 40 minutes. The tech showed up 2 hours later at 12:20. I get it, Jobs can either go as planned or Become more challenging like his first job of the day did. He finally got started! David Pierce was a real cool guy and really worked hard to unclog what was a hassle for myself. A $210 charge for a hand held snake auger is a very high fee to me but I lost my patience with this toilet and am very pleased that David saved the day. I mentioned the discount listed on the website and he accepted with no problem. Much respect for what you do David!

    We called about a broken valve that flooded a portion of our unfinished basement. They were quick to fit us in their schedule and called 30 minutes prior to the appointment to give us a heads up that they were on their way. Collin was absolutely amazing and worked on our home like it was his own. He was extremely personable and went above and beyond for us. Not only did he explain the exact issue and it’s cause, he helped to make sure we knew how to prevent it in the future. He even cut away the wet installation and hung the remaining back up for us, making it look even better than it did before!

    Daniel is the best. Seriously, this dude needs some appreciation. He was willing to diagnose and look at other areas of concern outside of what I called Roto Rooter out for, and demonstrated his extensive plumbing experience. He was professional and upfront about everything. And he's a really cool guy! Thanks Daniel! I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

    This is the first negative review I have ever written. Had an appointment window between 10 am and 12 pm and was told I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to a technician arriving. 1130 comes and goes, but I understand things happen and I'm a fairly patient and laid-back person. 12pm, 1230pm, 1pm, 130pm....still no call. So I decide to call around 150pm just to get an update. I let the guy know that I had an appointment window between 10-12. I was never rude to this gentleman but I guess he was having a bad day so customer service went out the window. This tech was rude and had an attitude. I remained calm. He ended up asking me if I wanted to reschedule or take my name off of the list. I simply asked how much longer would it be and he says 5-6 hours. So I requested my name be removed. I didn't bring up the fact that you could have called and let me know this. That should be common sense. Why give a window of 10-12 if you won't be there until 7-8 at night? Why not call and let your customer know you're running behind...a lot? We've all dealt with rude people. I deal with them daily. But that was just unacceptable considering the amount of money I would have ended spending. I'm not going to put the guy's name on blast(because the company should know what tech was supposed to come out). I don't want to talk and I don't want a response from the owner. Because if I'm being honest, chances are nothing is going to happen to the tech because I highly doubt that this is the first time he's ever done anything like this and I'm sure he's gotten complaints in the past. Wish I could have received some good service like the majority of these other reviewers, but I understand life isn't fair.
