  Arrived 3 hours later than the promised time and then quoted an outrageous price for a small plumbing job. Over 2000 USD to solder an elbow joint on a copper pipe and extend and extend a plastic evacuation 6 inches.

  We needed our kithen sink drain snaked. Even though it was no emergency, they came within an hour and had the whole process finished within a half hour. Additionally, one of the washers under the sink was rusted over causing a leak, so roto rooter went out and got a new washer to fix the sink and came right back, and only charged us 60 cents for the replacement.
