  I called them because of a tub that would not drain. It was good that they came the day that I called. However, the plumber did not inform me until after the house call that he would not be able to repair the problem and that I would have to pay a $180+ house call fee nonetheless. If I knew this beforehand, I would have called another plumber instead.

  We had a bad case of a clogged main. Mohammad (a Roto-Rooter plumber from Somerset NJ) came first thing in the morning, assessed the situation, took care of business, cleaned up, and was done under two hours. Nice piece of work!
