  Went there with a friend and we are amateurs when getting our nails done. Our third time actually lol went in super hyped because of the great reviews online. We walked in and we were barely greeted. We were asked what we wanted and shown to our spot. I got the gel manicure and it was uneven, sloppy, and still wet when I walked out. My person wasn't very helpful either. I asked if I could get my nails cleaned beforehand and she gave me a look like "hell no." Next to me my friend was having the hardest time explaining to the woman what type of nail polish they wanted. Their nails came out rough, wet, greasy, and uneven. We left feeling like the last place we went to was 10x better. I will not be going back

  All the ladies in there are great. Probably the best nail salon in Mahopac.

  I wanted to express my disappointment with my experience at this nail salon...I got my nails done at Rossy nails salon for the first time because my friend recommended it. I asked for acrylic nails and I showed pictures from their Instagram of the shape and how I wanted them to look. However, after my nails we're done, they were uneven, they were too thick and they looked cheap. I paid $44, she charged me for gel, even though I didn't ask for it. She asked me if I liked them.... I took a moment and I wanted to say no but she said "c'mon don't be difficult" I didn't ask her to redo them because my natural nails would get damaged. I expressed my disappointment to the owner, her concern was who did my nails, instead of saying "come back and I'll fix them, or at least give 5% discount on your next visit" and then ask who did them. So I was highly dissatisfied, I will not go back there and I would not recommend.

  I love this place! I go to Daiana for gel manicures, she always does an amazing job!! My nails look beautiful and I always get a ton of compliments! The gel manicures last me almost 4 weeks with no chipping at all. She also does amazing designs. I definitely recommend this place. Request Daiana!

  Being doing my nails with Rossy for years now! The place got a million times better when she became the owner. Is a fun, friendly and clean environment! Nails are perfectly done by her or her staff... 100% recommended
