::Is there any way to contact the owner? I wasn't able to leave with my suit today because the credit card machine wasn't working when I went in. I just realized she is closed tomorrow for some reason and I need the suit for my sister's wedding on Sunday. If anyone knows a way to contact the owner, I would really appreciate it.

::I don't who this Alina chick reviewer is, but I'm pretty sure she's got the wrong place. I've been coming here regularly for over 4 years, and there is no way something like that happened here. I have cleaning, laundry, alterations, repairs, pretty much everything you can think of. 98% of the time, everything is great. When there's been a problem, I've pointed it out, and we came to an accommodation. Just like any reasonable establishment. Overall I've been extremely happy.

::The worst service I have ever had in my life. I trusted these 5 stars reviews and started using the service of this dry cleaner. Worst service and waste of time!!! I gave them my winter jacket for cleaning and they broke the pull tab of the zipper. Nobody mentioned that when I picked that up. I found out that only when I came home. I brought it back to the lady, and asked her to change the zipper from pockets to the main zipper, so I can zip up my jacket. What did I hear back? She started questioning me, if I didn't break it myself.... Are you serious???? I don't have a time for coming back to your store and solve the problems, that you actually brought to me. The story didn't end it yet. She agreed to switch zippers from pockets, and told me to come back in a week. After a week, I am coming there, and my zippers weren't switched. She began explaining to me that the zipper teeth are weak, and that's why she didn't switch... When I showed her that everything is fine with the zipper teeth, she began to tell me that WHY DO I NEED THIS JACKET, IF I HAVE ALREADY ONE ON ME... Are you crazy? ( You know I just have too much time and money, that's why I go to dry cleaners and ask them to screw up my clothes) Well, I brought my jacket just to dry clean, and the last thing I want to waste my time ( It was there 2,5 weeks ) have it with a broken pull tab ( so I can't zip it up without scratching my fingers) btw pull tab is made of iron... How could you break it? didn't solve the issue arguing about your bed service see attitude and hear crazy suggestions like why do I need one more jacket in my life...
