  Waited forever to pay 1 cashier and no service desk staff. But they had 2 employees greeting customer's as we walked in. Then ignored us when we waited to pay for about 45 minutes. That really sucked for not just us but also for the one cashier that was the only one working. I don't think I will be going to this store anytime soon again

  Wonderful place to shop lots of beautiful things to decorate your home for a reasonable price.

  The selection is good, but the customer service is horrible. We've come at various times of the day and on both weekdays and weekends and almost every time there are more loss prevention people than there are cashiers! There are almost 25 people in line and the line is wrapping through the store and there were 2 cashiers, but now only 1.

  This location is so chaotic and disorganized. As soon as you walk in you basically run into the registers. They need to be moved away from the doors. As soon as I walked in it was overwhelming. The only way to get out is to go through line and squeeze through the registers. I won't be going back to this location just because of how messy, unorganized, and crammed it is.

  Generally speaking, I found the product selection to be fairly poor in many of the departments. I did manage some great finds, which definitely would have earned 4-stars, despite the store's shortcomings in product offering at the time. However, a star was lost due to an unfriendly experience at checkout. The young lady at the register should probably consider a job outside of customer service.
