  The customer service is terrible and the check out line is always excessively long. The wait time in line has been a minimum of 30 minutes on many visits! The Ross stores that are within a 10 mile radius have much better staffing and customer service. The managers at this store have poor organization and direction.

  Pretty clean and got some good deals. This time of year it is difficult for stores to be clean. They did well.

  I found everything except what I was looking for. I always come across some good deals. The check out line was out of this world, I felt like I was at the airport. The line was literally through one of the aisles of clothing, half way to the back of the store. The manager was NOT visible and DID NOT do all that could've been done to prevent such a wait. Ross definitely has dedicated customers.
