  Great products at a reasonable price. I went there looking for specific items and ended up browsing and got more yet spent less.

  I love Ross sometimes I think I should have my payroll check directly deposit it to Ross they have great deals and I always find something I never walk out empty-handed

  The cashier's were rude. When I asked about getting a discount on a damaged item the cashier said "oh please" and gave me a smaller percentage then she should have. I've spent thousands of Dollars in Ross and I think all customers should get better customer service.

  Was not busy at 9:30 AM. Did not have a big selection for plus size or for kids.

  Why is this place so messy??! Really need to get more staff out on that floor to make sure the store stays in order. I couldnt even shop the place was in shambles.
