  Horrible customer service, lines backed all the way up to the clothes racks while a manager was putting security tags on items infront of customers rather than opening up even a second register. Another associate showed up talked to the manager in the front had a good laugh then just walked away to the back. On top of that the regular jeans where more than at a Walmart, thought it was supposed to be dress for less? Absolutely unbelievablely horrible customer service, I personally will never shop here again.

  My husband & I went shopping here yesterday. They had some really nice items on clearance. So I bought a navy blue blouse that I can wear 2 different ways. It's a winter blouse so I'll have to wait until the fall to wear it. But it's lovely & it was on clearance for $12.00. My husband also bought a belt & a couple of other things that he needed.

  I love this Ross! Its in a great location, the store is nice and quiet and clean in the mornings, and the staff is always so friendly. They have a great selection of home items as well as clothing. I am so happy to have this Ross to shop at

  By far the best and the friendliest Ross staffs ever. When it comes to their prices especially for home Department, no other stores can be compared. It was so refreshing to go to a Ross, where employees go above and beyond.

  This Ross sells a nice variety of housewares, but the men's clothing section used to have more variety and seasonal options. I can't find anything that I want. Also, the toy section isn't well organized except the separation of girls and boys toys. Other Ross stores have better organization of their toys.
