  Purchased toddler shoes that were hooked together. When I realized that they were different sizes two weeks later, I called the store hoping they would have the other mismatched pair. The woman on the other line would not help me because they are short staffed. "There is no available associate that can look for you." I suggested that she take a message, look when they had time and call me back. "We don't call people back so you can call back at 4:30 and maybe we can help you then." This was today! What happened to simple customer service? !

  I love Ross for its affordable named brand items. Sometimes you get what you pay for but for the most part you just get a lot of good stuff at a discounted price.

  Love to shop at this store for just about anything. I've found everything I've ever went to look for and good price too.
