  There was only 2 registers open and an extremely long line. I waited for 20 minutes to purchase my items. They didn't call for assistance. It's a shame, too, because I love shopping at Ross for my clothing for work because they have great styles and awesome prices. I guess I might have to find someplace else to go to get my clothes. Very disappointing.

  Smaller store. Fast lines. Not many people working the floor.

  I can always find a bargain at Ross! I like to visit multiple stores because because they all have different merchandise.

  I don't know what it is about Ross in San Antonio but the lines here are always insanely long. I have been to two different locations and it's been the same every time. They seem to have twice as many loss prevention officers than cashiers. Crazy

  Great spot for finding nice things. You have to look through the items & try to take your time. Ive found lots of stuff I love. Friendly staff too. The long lines might look discouraging but I've found they move pretty quickly. Even during the Christmas Rush, the lines were so long at every location I visited but they got people moving & out of there fairly quickly. Great job!
