  Unwelcoming atmosphere and unfriendly staff every time I bank here. Last time the bank locked me in (I was the only customer left) during the middle of business hours so I couldn't "escape" the building...I've been a customer for 5 years just trying to make a deposit into my account so that felt pretty awful. To add to that, they purposefully disposited the money (only $40) in a different account than what I requested without my consent and when I called they wouldn't tell me why they decided to do that without asking for my permission.
