  It was curiosity and the wedding of my son that prompted me to sign up for my first Pilates class three years ago. I wanted to walk with my head held high and my shoulders pinched back. I met Roisin and expressed my desire for a better sense of well being and strength. She turned out to be perfect for me, so attentive and in tune to the sensitivity and limits of my body . The pace was just what I needed too - - Roisin explained every move with gentle words and her hands-on attention helped me adjust and correct my positions. She gave me encouragement just when I needed it ! Three years later, instead of feeling frustrated and weak, I feel energized!

  I came to Rosie after not doing any exercise for 8 months, while recovering from two injuries. She was able to quickly figure out what my limitations were, and to work within them to strengthen and expand my abilities. Compliments PT perfectly and got great results!

  Rosie is a fantastic instructor who caters sessions to your specific needs. I see her weekly for yoga and Pilates and have seen.her for Thai yoga massage. I recommend her for yogis of all experience levels
