  As much as I'd like to give a 1 to this company I can't because WHEN you do get them out to do what they say they're going to do, they do it well. The problem is GETTING THEM OUT. When I was spending $30k on cubicles for 2 floors, they were "jonny on the spot" and very attentive, kept appointments, never late, prompt, courteous, etc. Now that this phase is done and I need service for what they sold to me and installed, I might as well be talking to a customer support representative on another planet when talking to Chris or Brent. Very frustrating experience in the service-after-the-sale arena.
