According to their website they "are a dati community built around a common commitment to halakha, tefillah, and equality. Rosh Pina meets on the second and fourth Shabbat mornings of each month" Most people refer to Rosh Pina as a "Partnership Minyan" Kesher Israel is the only full time Orthodox synagoue in downtown. Chabbad meets several days a week including every shabbat and holiday. if you are looking for an orthodox minyan those are you only two choices within walking distance.
