  Working with Yolanda Flores made it impossible for me to move to my dream place.. When I walked in to the office she didn’t even acknowledge me, She walked by me, didn’t make eye contact and kept walking, I literally had to approach her upstairs... that should’ve been the first bit red flag, but I gave her the chance because I was desperate for a place near that particular area... She got the idea of exactly what I wanted and I was lucky enough to take the tour, but she never asked me the right questions nor gave me any options, I don’t think she took me serious at all, it was like a joke to her, (maybe because my age, but I’ve been renting on my own for the last 5years and I could easily afford the place and she knew that!!) After tour she took all my info and I kept going out of my way to make it happen, but her communication skills were very poor... She said she would call me right back and she never did, never responded to my texts/voicemails, she told me her phone broke and she was at Verizon getting a repair that she would call me back which she never did, then again never returned my texts/calls until the end of the month she finally answered my phone call only to tell me that they are looking at other applications. Huge disappointment, she has no symphaty and doesn’t care about.. She finally give me an option for future if she ever gets a nice property in the future she will contact me, I’m not sure if you guys think this is a joke but it was the biggest disappointment ever. I was trying to move ASAP and she tells me with a hypocrite voice that she will contact me in the future for a property like if I’m going to sit there to wait for her to take me serious.. Bad customer service skills Yolanda, but I still wish you continued growth and success.. P.S... (Please retake your clases or some other course to improve some things... much needed) Good Luck!
