  We recently fired Rosenblum, Mishkan & Company as our Coop accountants because they raised their prices way beyond what was reasonable. After we gave them an opportunity to keep their prices flat we moved on to a new accountant. Outrageously, a few months later they send letters to 60% of the shareholders recinding their financial audits because they say someone told them the coop had an illegal apartment. This was completely untrue, but this firm are so vindictive and unethical, that they didn't even bother to reach out to the management or board to understand what the issue is. Stray away from this firm. Rotten to the core. The building is in the process of filing legal proceedings.
