::My dad was staying at this facility, and the service is nothing but terrible. His food was served cold. His diaper was soaked and so was his pants. this is really neglectful and unprofessional. I'm so glad his not there no more.

::I have been visiting Rose Villa over the past few months and I am so impressed with how clean the facility is. Their rehab department is outstanding. And they are so family oriented. The team is very responsive and helpful. Thank you for all you do for our Seniors!

::Staff couldn’t confirm which nurse would be covering which shifts or what days the doctor would be coming in. No restrooms in rooms. Outdated. Nurses take forever to respond to call button. Very depressing. So happy to have moved my grandmother from here after a short time.

::If there was a way to do a zero star review my family and I would. My father left here worse off, than he arrived. This place is not a health care facility it is truly the "home" you would never want a loved one to go to! Most of the staff was rude... if you could even understand them. He never got the therapy he was supposed to. You may think that's a bad thing, right! Well the only time of therapy he did get, left him worse off than he came in. The therapist was rude and forced him to do more than he could. He is now dealing with a hurt, swollen and bruised ankle. While visiting him I had a very sweet lady (a resident) ask me to help her to the restroom. I asked for help from the staff three times, the staff ignored her and would tell me they will get someone. This was all happening as I made my way to my fathers room. Then I found him laying in his bed with his head lying on the footboard and his body hanging off the bed. Once I woke him, he said he had been waiting for help for so long to use the restroom he fell asleep. No one came to help until I got there and made them help him. They even took his breakfast tray away before he even woke up. Not to mention the food they did bring was so inedible even for for a dog. That's why we brought him outside food every meal. We made them release him on the second day; there was no way we would allow our father to be neglected in a place like this again! This place is under construction, loud, in-compassionate, and most of all not caring. Im happy to say he is home safe and cared for by all of us. He has made huge progress. He eats, and sleeps well. We give him the best therapy and is comfortable and safe! He was very unfortunate to be placed here recovering from a terrible a brain virus which started all of this... but he is so blessed to have an amazing family to get him out of place! If you have a loved one that needs extra care, do whatever you can to NEVER leave him or her here, not even for one night! There Is no way the nurses are real nurses! Their therapist have no clue what they're doing. Most of the time the staff wasn't even speaking English, sorry but that is just rude! To the management and staff... God help all of you. You're supposed to be the hands, eyes and ears we try trust with our loved ones! I wish for all of you to treat each patient as your grandparent, parent, child, cousin or friend. Better yet... treat them better than as a stranger... as I did to the woman in your care that was ignored on three occasions and finally tended to by me, a visitor!
