  I went there to fix a few pieces of jewelry that I had. I found that some of the repairs were relatively expensive for what they were and that jewelry with similar breaks had varying costs of repair, which made me a little uneasy. I gave her a necklace to fix back in July '13 (it's now September) and she said she would call me when it was done. She never did. When I called her last, she said she couldn't possibly find it because I had lost my receipt. I'll be calling her incessantly. It's now almost December and Rose keeps promising she will "try to look for" my necklace and has not found it. She blames me, saying that she left messages on my phone that I never returned (which is untrue) and that it was just too long ago for her to recall where she placed it. She insists that she cannot give me a refund, but when I was really direct with her, she said she would. Now she's back to insisting she won't. She does not know how to run a business.
