::It is incomprehensible to me how a business like this remains a float. They must have an incredible product because their customer service and their office staff are a disaster. I contacted this company for an estimate to get fencing put around my house. I spoke with Donna who set me up with an appointment later in the week. I immediately realized that that date would not work so I called back right away to try to reschedule. When I called again I spoke with Pat who I had explained that the appointment needed to be changed. In doing so I asked to push my appointment to the following week because Donna had communicated there was nothing earlier in the week available. He responded that he would be able to squeeze me in earlier in the week. I was very thankful and he confirmed date and time over the phone. The day comes I take off of work at noticed no one from the company had arrived at the scheduled time. when I called and ask to request the status of their arrival I was informed there was no appointment for this time scheduled in fact my appointment had been left for the previous scheduled date and time.(Strike 1) I was informed that they would make a few calls to see if there was something they could do and I would receive a call back...... never received a call back (Strike 2) The following day I called back and spoke with Donna the young lady who had originally scheduled my first appointment. I had explained the circumstances of my discontent and was put on a brief hold to find out what was going on. When she came back she apologized (good start) however there would be nothing that could be done. I then began to express my frustration to her regarding the situation and she began to cut me off by telling me "we can squeeze you in" and apparently "Pat never really confirmed a new appointment for you but that he would do what he could to help find an earlier date and time (basically calling me a liar) (Strike 3) I then reassured her that it was communicated to me by Pat that my appointment was modified. She then cut me off again and i had asked if I could finish what I was trying to communicate to her and she responded "yeah go ahead finish what you are saying so I can transfer you to my manager because this conversation isn't working very well".....(seriously?!) My last response was "That's fine you just lost out on the business" Now let's just add I currently am involved in real estate investment and focus on property rehabilitation and resale. You can just imagine the possibilities for them had they not struck out. Nice Job Guys
