  Had multiple expensive pieces dry cleaned here. They tried to charge me significantly more for brand name pieces. When I received them back most of them were damaged in some way (small tears at the seams, loose/torn threads). Worst is bottom-most button was missing or replaced with a cheaper button of completely different color. Would not recommend this place at all.

  Lost my sister-in-laws wedding dress, gave us someone else's dress and then would not answer our phone calls.

  Been here many times for dry cleaning. Haven't had one issue with the quality of work or tailoring when required. Rose Cleaners is a bit more expensive than other cleaners in town however they are consistent in the quality of work.

  My favorite. I've brought hundreds and hundreds of shirts and hundreds and hundreds of pairs of trousers and hundreds and hundreds of Blazers and sportcoats, and they've always done a perfect job.
