  I had an excellent experience with Rose City Mortgage. My mortgage broker was JJ Lee Kwai, She was available to answer all of my questions, responded promptly to emails/calls, and would send me a breakdown of the cost of any house I was interested in, which was helpful in seeing what my monthly payments might be. The process of buying a home was made easy by her dedication and attentiveness.

  I had the pleasure of working with Robert Bowles for my mortgage. Robert catered to my schedule. He knew I have low technology so he always alerted me right away via text when there was an email that needed my response. Robert was patient with me when I didn't understand all the terminology or process. He was prompt in responding with my real estate agent. I trust him completely. And working with someone with a sense of humor is a benefit! I have already recommended him to 2 people.
