  Easily the worst deep dish pizza I've ever had. Being from Chicago, I've been relatively impressed with some of the deep dish options around here, but this is absolutely not one of them. The pizza was soggy and smelled strangely of egg. It was somehow simultaneously flavorless and oversalted. The toppings were expensive and just... bad. I really wouldn't recommend this place.

  4/25/18 UPDATE Today I tried ordering for delivery and the girl on phone said they never delivered outside of a 5 mile radius and they had no history of my address. (I checked on google and I'm about 4.8 miles away and I've been ordering from them for years.) My boyfriend called back from a phone number that they would be more likely to recognize and they told him the same thing and hung up on him. Now I'm just disappointed because this was one of my favorite restaurants to get delivery from. Great way to treat your regular customers, keep it up! _____________________________________________________ Food delivery took 1 1/2 hours and I live 15 mins away. Called them and girl said it was already delivered. Eventually found out that it was still coming and now worried that the food might be cold. Please hire someone at least decent in customer service! Please! Update: Delivery Guy did give us 50% off because they took so long. Food was cold when arrived.

  Every time without fail that I have come into this Rosati's on 40th Street and Thomas this young girl with dark hair has been snotty and condescending I went in one afternoon before I picked my child up from the charter school upstairs and the Pizza was ready quickly and I commented that I was going to be able to get out of here before the kids got out and she started talking trash about the kids that go to the Charter School not knowing that I was a parent. On that same digit while I was waiting for the food I picked up the catering menu as I'm the manager of a construction company and always looking for new places to try for our events for our cruise and she told me that I had the wrong menu that that was catering and I wanted to regular menu is if I don't know what I want. When the kids go into this store she is rude nasty with them she refused to give one of the girls a cup of water when it was nearly a hundred degrees outside telling her that she should buy something instead of asking for water apparently no one is ever advised her that it is illegal in the desert to refuse someone water even if it is just tap water. I will be taking myself in the company's money elsewhere and I do not recommend this place to anyone who doesn't like being condescended to and treated like trash

  First time here, definitely not the last! Food was served hot and delicious! Young girl at the front was very friendly and helpful!

  White pizza was horrible came burnt, and with a very thin crust, all you could taste was the burn and wet spinach, no flavor at all, paid big price for wet spinach, tomato & cheese, oh and the manager said there was olive oil on the crust, I didn't see any nor taste it either, or feel it when I looked for it,they must have forgot the oil when they forgot about the pizza in the oven. The wings were mild, again lots of sauce but no flavor not even a mild heat, everything was just blah, when I called about the burnt pizza, the manager, was gee sorry about that. He finally agreed to reimburse half off order. That was paid for by CC, that still has not happened. The meat lovers wasn't too bad, but only because it had bacon& saisage to help with flavor, but again, just bland, no flavor to sauce or crust. My daughter had me call because when she ordered, girl taking the order was rude, I had no problem when I called to pay. Would not recommend, nor will I return. 2 -14' pizzas and 12 wings, more expensive than most.
