  Good doctor when I saw her in 2008. I just got billed $105 for November 2018 and it’s March 2018 today lol-the date hasn’t even passed! I called and couldn’t get through first few times. Finally when I did, I asked the girl if someone had used my name or maybe they confused my name with another patient bc I had not seen Dr. Roque in over 10 years. The girl replied by saying I was being billed for her service in 2009. I told her there was no way I had let a balance go for 10 years and she must be mistaking me with another girl with my name (it’s a common name). She explained that this was the first time they saw a balance was owed which I told her was impossible and to figure it out bc there is no way I’m paying for something I already paid or fraud. Make sure you keep track of your billing if you go there bc something isn’t right. In the letter it says to pay ASAP before it goes to collections but how could 10 years pass for a payment I allegedly didn’t make without it going to a collections agency. I DEF paid for any services performed back then.

  I don't even know where to begin. Bottom line Hilda Roque is a Diva. When I got to her office she didn't even say hi, no introduction and no bedside manner what so ever. She rushed my first visit. Was in and out in 15 min. Barely got my questions answered. Recommended me to an awful gastroenterologist and the phones are always busy when you call. I mentioned it to them on my first visit that they are hard to reach and replied with "we only have 2 phone lines". Who the hell has time to call back constantly till a line is free? Not me and I'm sure not most of us professionals with a real job. Moving on, I had to go back to her for my blood results at 5pm. Her receptionist calls me at 4:47 and asks where I am. I tell her I'm 10 min away and she says that I'm late for my appointment. I told her "no my appointment is at 5pm". She then tells me that I have to reschedule because the doctor has to leave by 5pm. So I told her, "you mean to tell me she only has 15 min of her time for my visit if my appointment was initially at 4:45"? How dare she. She then said she'll call me and give me my results over the phone after I told her how she's waisting my time and that I can't reschedule for another day. I'm still waiting for that phone call. The audacity and nerve to mess with my time and not follow up with my results. Unprofessional! Stay away people. All she sees is a $ on your forhead.
