  I used to love coming to Roots, but it has got really bad and disgusting. Firstly the fruits, and vegetables they use to make the juices aren’t organic. Secondly I received several bad juices on different occasions when they supposedly press their juices everyday. The customer service sucks the employees aren’t friendly some of them don’t even speak when you come in the door, me and my friend work out at Orange Theory and loved coming here after a workout to enjoy some juices and the 5 shots on the board they do. I think this juice bar is ran so poorly and needs help before it self distructs but there are some good things, the owner is weird and doesn’t appreciate his customers, but his assistant Showanda is very helpful and her attitude is amazing and that’s the only reason I still come, so I appreciate that when I’m there. This place needs improvement badly.

  Great tasting options! Come here for their amazing CBD oil infused smoothies and baked goods.

  The staff did not have what we were looking for and, though friendly, were disinterested in creating an exceptional experience.

  Great selection when they have all the ingredients available. I don't recommend entering from the back entrance. You'll get a stare down by the 2 creepy guys sitting at the bar. Not sure if it was the Owner or family but whatever it was, it made me feel really uncomfortable. Atmosphere was really odd. Zero customer service after I just spent $20 on 2 smoothies. Probably won't go back. This happens to be my first review ever. I just felt compelled to do so after my weird experience.
