::This place was recommended to me by someone at the tire shop across the street. Love coming here to eat regularly now. Everything i've tried here has had a great savory taste. I've had their breakfast burrito, breakfast quesadilla, BLTA, and sliders, and all were fantastic. The girls at the counter are incredibly nice. The restaurant has pleasant outdoor seating and big glass walls which gives it a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend anything with Portuguese sausage! I only wish they were open longer.

::What a great hole in the wall. Darn good portions, it seemed a great place for regulars. Clean and nice atmosphere. Great staff. I had the "Two egg breakfast with bacon" cooked to perfection and just the right amount. Four thick strips of bacon came with it. I will be back. If you are looking for a good spot for some great diner food, stop into Roosters and give them a shot. Tell them Mike sent you.

::Best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. The Portuguese sausage is insanely flavorful. Many other options for breakfast or lunch as well. Highly recommend rooster cafe!

::This is the ultimate "mom and Pop "café, just open from 7 AM to 3 PM and serving breakfast all day. Their menu is quite extensive and everything is cooked to order and served hot off the stove! They also have an espresso machine and will make you virtually any type of coffee you like. This is my third visit and each time I am not disappointed with the amount of food and the quality of food served. The prices are very reasonable and nothing is more than $10-$15 on the menu. The owner is frequently here and is most charming! A steady client streams through the door, with regulars being greeted like old friends. Highly recommended if you are in the area, just off the interstate and across from America's Tire so a great place wait for your service to be completed. Enjoy!!

::Rooster Cafe has always served delicious breakfast. Love that they have different potato options, almost all breakfast joints opt for one style of potato. Price is very reasonable compared to many others whose breakfast plates are nearing $20. They have also fixed the no parking situation since last I've been there. Before parking was a mission to find but they have added more. It's a great place for breakfast if you are in Costa Mesa!
