::This whole neighborhood and apartment complex community is exceptional. The staff is conscientious and efficient. Both front office and maintenance enhance my living experience at these apartments.

::Currently live here. I was very fond of the previous management, but now you have to jump through hoops and ridiculous fees to live here under the new management. Complaints are not taken seriously, which is disheartening coming from someone who follows all parts of the lease agreement. Walls are very thin, and parking is a nightmare. I will not be living here when my lease is up, and neither should you. Don’t be fooled by how “nice” it looks on the outside. They only care about making money.

::This place has really good management. They have handled every small maintenance request within a day, and they also schedule larger jobs promptly. The resident only parking garages never fill. Occasionally there is visitor parking on the ground level, which is also nice. Pool and gym are great. been here for close to 7 months, and I would like to stay for many more.

::I lived here for a little over 2 years before reaching my absolute breaking point. Although the location is great, the property is poorly managed and the staff are rude and inconsiderate. The gates are either broken, letting everyone in, or broken and not even the FOB will open it. The fitness center doors once malfunctioned, locking people in! Which means, we could only use the fitness center during the office hours. The tenants are treated as a commodity; the general vibe is, "if you don't like it, move out - we can always replace you." For the rent they're charging, you can get a bigger place in a better location, with staff who genuinely care about the tenants, and amenities you can actually use! Have some self respect, and do not put yourself through this torture.

::Today, property management gave us 15 hours of notice to have our cars moved out of the parking lot so they could re-stripe. If our cars are still there, we will be towed at our own expense. I'm not even sure what happens to the unfortunate people who are on vacation. I've never lived in apartments, like Roosevelt Square, where property management genuinely seem to dislike their own residents. And don't fall for their transparent "sorry for your experience, please come see us" messages. What assistance are you going to give to your residents after you already did this to them? Pretending you're concerned after purposefully screwing your residents somehow just makes it worse.
