::I must say my experience IN THE STORE wasn't a bad one overall. But i guess the sales woman was so occupied with making the sale, that she totally ignored the needs my spouse and i expressed to her. She showed us several bed sets and was wonderful with explaining about each. We decided on a storage bed, which had to draws at the foot, and a chest. Negotiated a great price, and then went on to try and sell us more furniture. After believing we came to a mutual agreement on product and price, we paid our 70%, signed our receipt, and were told we she receive our delivery in a week. Not thinking anything of it, we walked away happy and enthusiastic about our purchase. That didn't last long. After about 3 weeks of waiting and calling the store, i received a call telling me our furniture would be delivered the next Tuesday. About three days later, we received another call saying it wouldn't be delivered until Thursday of the following week. Upon delivery, the guys were upset about having to bring the furniture to the second floor, my spouse noticed they sent the wrong bed (without the storage), and the bed was chipped. I immediately called the store, and like many times before received no answer. When i finally got a call back, the sales woman told me that i was wrong and we didn't agree upon the storage bed. Then explained that there was nothing she could do for me. Even after explaining the conversation we had in the store word for word, she shut me down and again said they could do nothing. Pissed, i asked her about the chip on the bed. She explained that wasn't their problem because the receipt was signed and if i wanted to do anything i would have to email a third party and wait to see if the respond or want to help. I am extremely dissatisfied with the sales woman; Carmen, and the store. If you are interested in cheap prices without quality or consideration for the customer, by all means visit this store. I personally wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!!!
