  I called and requested a single color card and was told they can not send a color card and when I asked why he said he would only send if im prepared to purchase a couple thousand yards of fabric. I thought that this reply was odd, I have purchase thousands of yards from China in the past and his reply deterred me from pursuing from this company.

  Excellent customer service and gracious hospitality. Ron was very willing to help me find the exact fabric I needed.
