  I havent even seen the doctot yet. Office is disgusting. Im afraid to sit on the chairs Reception is having conversation about smoking a hookah last night. Very unprofessional.

  I came here for a IME and this place scheduled me at 1:15. I showed up 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I was done with paperwork by 1pm and it is now almost 2pm and still waiting. Next time i will choose a better place for my IME to be done. Also i noticed that they do not offer bilingual forms which makes it difficult to fill in. Good luck for anyone who has a schedule to keep such as myself.
