  I had an amazing experience here. My masseuse (I believe his name was Mauricio. If I'm wrong, forgive me, it's something like that) was incredible. I have spinal problems and get massages regularly, but this man proved to me that I've basically been getting really hard back rubs, not proper massage therapy. He practically fixed me (temporarily of course) within an hour. . My hips are at different heights and he stretched me in a way that reduced the difference between them. I felt better than I have in years and it last over a week. He was so skilled and passionate about helping people feel better. If I had the money, I would fly back to Vegas weekly just to see him. 5 stars and then some. If you need a massage for pain or discomfort, definitely ask for him.

  Most of the staff at this salon were great! We got massages, facials, and mani/pedis and everyone who helped us was professional and capable. However, someone double booked sessions which overlapped with ours, resulting in a rushed session for us. Our time was cut down from four hours to three - when we complained to the manager, he had the audacity to tell us that he is running a business and he needs to rush his clientele out the door to make money. I strongly encourage you to reconsider supporting a business which condones rushing their staff when providing a detail specific service, hurries their paying customers out the door, and treats concerns with contempt and disrespect. We will not be returning to this establishment and will tell all of our friends to avoid it as well.

  The male masseust I had asked if i wanted to be pleasured sexually during my massage. I told him no and he said if I change my mind to let him know. I complained to the owner and he basically called me a liar and it's his word against mine. This place is a prostitution cover up. Ladies beware you've been warned.

  Sylvia was amazing! I've had a full body massage before but Sylvia actually took the time to listen and understand what my body needed. She even gave me tips on improving the tight areas of my body. It was super relaxing and we even had great conversation. I felt completely comfortable with her massaging my body. All I want to do now is sleep a little more hehe. If I didn't live so far from Nevada, I'd come here regularly. Needless to say, I highly recommend this spa.

  Nail techs seemed confused and unorganized. Couldn't find any nail polishes. Poor management. The massage was the best!!!! Facial and pedicure was pretty good. Nails are crap though. Overlay is not a talent here as shown in the picture. This service costs way too much money for one of your seasoned managers to not know what she is doing. I asked about the 20% off that is advertised all over the hotel and internet, they did not honor this discount. She would only give me 10% off. Trish. I will not be back. The bad out outweighed the good here.
