  Nice place, clean and friendly but the hours are not so great, had to get a 2nd membership somewhere else because they close so early! But I do like the place.

  Local gym, good vibe for social driven work outs and athletic activities. Spin, Core Class and yoga mixed in with cardio, weights and machines. .

  This gym is very nicely laid out..has a health juice bar, a spin room, a bike/ theater room/ sauna/chiropractor on site, a free weight section, basketball and is simply a wonderful gym to work out in. Highly recommended.
