  Cute place. The space is really nice -quiet enough to sit and chat, read, or be on the laptop. I really like the full size windows that let in a ton of natural light and that face the train tracks (in my book that's a really nice view). It doesn't seem like it ever gets crowded but they could stand to squeeze in a few more tables or armchairs. The coffee itself is standard/average. The pastries are mediocre.

  I love the service here. I know the owner and he's just an amazing guy. All of their stuff is quality and delicious. I also love earning stars towards a free drink!

  I've passed this place a dozen times, never with time to visit. I finally got the chance yesterday afternoon. The decor is understated but pleasant. The fact that it's located on a limited access street makes it a peaceful and pleasant place to kick back and enjoy a coffee. I got there about 2 in the afternoon. Granted, by 2PM most small mom and pop coffee places are winding down for the day...but that's no excuse for serving me the worst cup of coffee I can remember having in quite some time. I asked for the dark roast. It was lukewarm at best. It tasted like it was either burned when made, or sat in the carafe for many hours. It was horrible. It tasted like break room coffee that had been sitting around an entire weekend. I had to leave right away, so I wasn't able to relay my opinion to the server. I'm willing to give the place another try because it was pleasant in every other way. As the day was mostly done, I understand the desire not to make a fresh pot isn't very strong; the likelihood is, the bulk of it may get tossed. But when coffee is what you're selling, that's the price of doing business. No one wants to pay for bad coffee, no matter what time of day.

  Excellent service, great drinks. Cozy interior with outlets so we can do some computer work. Absolutely no complaints!
