  Rohr is the best, most competent, HONEST and fair auto shop I know. He uses the best quality parts and stands by all his work. He has rebuilt two engines for me and maintained other cars expertly over at least ten years. Good vibes of a "Mom and Pop" shop and superior work. Probably best mechanics on Long Island.

  Brought my Evo X here for an engine build and they did a great job, Everything was put together like I had it set up when I left it. The car's been great so far. Parts were delayed a few days but overall they got it done quicker than most shops. The guys here are very friendly and accommodating too. I'd recommend them. Update: Its almost a year later and I brought the car back to get the rebuild done again very recently because the car was consuming a lot of oil, they told me it was the turbo but went forward with the rebuild, now after a second rebuild and new turbo the car is still consuming oil and has a lot of blowby due to the rings not sealing despite following the break in instructions to a T. I paid $3500 for a proper rebuild and the car is still consuming oil nearly as badly as when the engine had a cracked ring land when I brought it to them a year ago, thats not right

  I've been taking my E36 to them since 2012 and I'll recommend them to anyone with a BMW (or any European car). They're the only shop I really trust with my car since most other shops seem a little reluctant to touch a German car. Good prices, very friendly staff, and excellent service & expertise, this is the shop to go to if you want the work done RIGHT the first time!

  Absolutely the best garage I've been to. They were very nice and understanding. Affordable prices and great work was done. My BMW was never better than after taking it to Rohr. I got my car back within two days which is better than what other shops can do. This is the only garage I will be taking my car to from now on.

  This by far is the best repair shop on Long Island. I own two BMW's one a 2001 and one A 2008 and there isn't another repair shop i would dream of taking them too. Dan treats them like they were his. He never tries to sell me anything that i don't need, he is the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic out there. Keep up the good work, George Lenihan.
