  I took my knives here to get professionally sharpened before going to a big job in a restaurant. Got to the job and realized that all of my knives were more dull than they were when I brought them in. Never coming back here again.

  Do not go in here. Floor woekers are absolutely mindless of the industry. Have zero clue of products and what is needed. Have no knowledge really of what is on the floor. Sales people are there to help, not these. They just confuse you. Aorry but horrible. Use to be my go to place. Internet here i come.

  I reccomend this business. I had a problem with an employee, but management was on it like a duck on a June bug once I got to him. How a company deals with a problem says loads.

  I did a lot of research online. Found a few chef knives I wanted to compare. I like dealing with "Mom and Pop" specialty stores. I feel that they have a passion and knowledge you don't find at a large retailer. Their prices were better than I expected, sales staff was knowledgeable and patient. Glad I made this part of my Trip to San Antonio! Thanks everyone.
