  My guy Justin Chavez sold me my first car yesterday! He was very informative and friendly! He made me feel very secure! This is a great place to buy a car! My overall experience there was great!

  Went down not entirely sure if we really wanted a car right this minute. But, Ernie helped us out 0 pressure. We told him what we were working with, showed us what fir for that budget. The even went so far as to cut the down payment in half for the vehicle we wanted. Would recommend these guys to anyone trying to get a car and a fresh start.

  Justin is awesome!!! He helped us so wonderful he picked us out a wonderful car. He’s such a great person. I don’t mind going back and getting another car from him. Such a friendly guy very helpful very understanding. He’s the best so if you’re ever looking for a car go to Justin he will help you out

  I WENT TO SEE JUSTIN YESTERDAY AT THE MESA LOCATION, IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AT THE DEALERSHIP. JUSTIN IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY APPROACHABLE. HE KNOWS HIS JOB AND HE DOES NOT TRY TO STEER YOU IN THE WRONG DIRECTION. HE MADE THE PROCESS EASY AND QUICK, AND HE EXPLAINED THE CONTRACT, HE DID NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OUT. I WILL DEFINATELY REFER OTHER PEOPLE TO HIM. THE ONLY THING THAT I DID NOT LIKE WAS THAT THE OTHER EMPLOYEES DID NOT OFFER ANY WATER OR COFFEE, I HAD TO ASK FOR MY OWN, AND WHEN I DID, (NOT JUSTIN) BUT THE OTHER EMPLOYEES GAVE ME A CRAZY LOOK! A WORD OF ADVICE, WHEN YOU ARE EMPLOYED WITH A COMPANY ESPECIALLY A CAR DEALERSHIP, YOU ARE REPRESENTING THE BRAND, CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE SPOKEN TO AS SOON AS THEY WALK INTO THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OFFERED WATER OR COFFEE OR TEA. OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! THANK YOU JUSTIN!

  Before going to Rocky's I had been to Cactus Jack and they wouldn't even let us walk the lot to see if there were any cars we could use. (My son is a big guy and can't squeeze into little cars.) They just wanted to paperwork us and get us out the door. We left and never went back. Then we went to Mr. Ed at the Chevrolet dealership. The salesman had us there for half the day and never communicated to us about what was going on until we started to push. The salesman was slow and unmotivated to help us. We also went to J. D Byrider, Drive Time and the place on Broadway that sells all the jeeps. Altogether, we went to over 9 car dealerships. Guess, who got the job done? Rocky's Auto Credit!! I was burned out, tired, frustrated and was going to give up after I left Rocky's Auto Credit. Eric was our guy and he listened to me, he listened to my special circumstances and saw us as people, and not just a quick sales figure. He, started making calls for me and my son. We walked the lot and he talked to us about the cars that fit our options. He treated my son with such respect. He fought for us and our special circumstance, got us discounts and he put in A LOT OF WORK. He got the job done!!!! My son got a low mileage car (44,000 miles), at a payment he could afford as a full-time college student with a low down payment. Here's what I'm saying, if you need a good car, you want to treated right and want a dealership that will work with your needs, go to Rocky's Auto Credit and save yourself time, gas and frustration. Thank you Eric and Monty for ALL of your work in helping me and my son!
