::Most of the staff are kind, considerate and pleasant to interact with. A few of the chemo nurses are very chatty, giggly and loud amongst themselves, which for some may not be an issue, but when you're not feeling well and just trying to relax and get through your treatment, it's makes it somewhat unpleasant. Very different atmosphere compared to the RMCC infusion center I used to go to. Aside from that, I haven't had any other issues.

::This was one of the most pleasant appointments in my opinion. The Dr was amazing, explained everything so that I could understand it. I had heard RMCC was best, now I’m here to tell you it is.

::I appreciated the friendly atmosphere of all the people who work there. I have been going there for follow up treatment and feel like I could not have better care. If anyone has a diagnosis of cancer this is the best place to go

We always know the purpose of our appointments and our presence is always acknowledged with politeness and courtesy. The positive attitudes of the staff helps us confront the illness.
