  Great Experience. I hate shopping for cars, but Chris and this dealership made it very easy. They don't haggle, have reasonable prices, and make the process very simplified. The financing department definitely tries to sell aftermarket warranties...I eventually caved and purchased a silly windshield program just because I felt Serge was a good dude. Who knows, maybe I'll need it one day? Anyways, I'd definitely shop there again when I'm back in the market for a car. Nice clean place and good peeps. It was out of my way, but the price I paid for the (used) car was fair. I'd much rather deal with this kind of place then the ones had waste your time with the back-n-forth and the BS "add on" fees.

  Rockville Audi is amazing. Shane Lee is soft spoken and a great salesman. Richard Baker in finance is not there to try and upsell any products, he is there to inform you of your options. I was able to test drive, and buy my car within 2 hours. Great service and great people. Free ice cream and coffee is a great addition too. The only downside was the long drive from Northern Virginia.. Upside was the long drive back in my new car. The Porsche part of the dealership moved down the street, but if you want an Audi, go see Shane and Richard at Rockville Audi

  Shane Lee turned my car purchasing ordeal into a positive outcome. His knowledge of the vehicles and purchase options empowered me to feel at ease, and that I was making the best decision leaving my BMW and moving over to an AUDI. He treated me with respect and patience, and made the whole experience a very delightful one. I would recommend him to anyone that is dreading buying a new car, because he will completely change the car buying experience for you !!!! GREAT JOB SHANE !!!!!

  Cody Brown made the experience of purchasing a high-end Audi everything one would expect and more. He started off the bat letting me know the process was in my hands. During the test drive, he drove to a nearby park, stopped and described the vehicle in a rich scenery setting. Upon purchasing, I still had questions about configuring the car, Cody would record a video answering my concern. This is the type of Salesman you want to get a solid commission from the deal.

  Shane made this car buying experience very easy. We ordered a 2018 Q5 from the factory with Shane's help. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and above all, responsive. I did a lot of the "shopping around" online, which meant a lot of emails to various sales people at different dealerships. Of all of those that I dealt with, Shane was hands down the best. Shane was the reason that we ended up buying the car at Rockville Audi. We will definitely go back there for our next car.
