  Super helpful and friendly staff that seem to take the time to understand the project you are working on and help inform on materials/items that will be needed.

  The people were really nice and I was able to find what I was looking for, with a little help. Not that a normal person would need help finding anything. The young chap I was talking to really seemed to know his stuff. I'm sure you could buy something like a pen kit (from Penn state industrys) from somewhere else but it's a nice shop and unlike buying off the internet I didn't have to pay shipping!
