  I always go and do my laundry here since it's the only place in spring valley where they truly have hot water in their machines. I came tonight at 10:30 pm since the last wash is always until 11 pm and I was told I couldn't wash because they closed earlier for maintenance work. Maintenance should begin AFTER business hours, and not before "so the maintenance workers can go home sooner". Customers come first. So not a good customer's service.
