::F**king horrible. Finished my permit test and passed in less than 5 mins and was told to go back out and wait TO PAY! TO F**KING PAY! and ended up waiting over 2 hours just to pay for my permit smh just ridiculous, and the whole staff has nasty attitudes.

::Making an appointment was a waste,very slow and keep you waiting all day.I came in for license renewel and waited 4 hours on a day when there were less than normal crowd. Worst DMV service by far!!

::Service is good and informative for a government agency, especially the representatives that greet you at front door. Not a big advantage to schedule an appt ahead of time online, unless you’re planning a Monday visit, which tends to be busier than usual

::Wish I could give negative stars. Not enough staff. Systems down every time I go. I was there for 2 hours for a license plate replacement. The lady who took care of me was so grumpy, and talked to me like complete trash. Horrible experience. Don’t go to this location!!
