  The owner Dean is a great guy who really cares about the safety and security of his students. He is also an ex cop so he has real life experience. Krav maga is the best and most effective self defense system hands down! Don't be intimidated to try his classes. The only thing to be scared of is becoming a victim .

  I was a little anxious to start this at my age (50"s) but I love it now. The instructors are very patient and really help you learn the fundamentals. I would highly recommend for kids and adults - wish I started sooner.
