  I have worked for Rochester for a year and a half now. I enjoy this job, I was an OTR truck driver before coming here and I don't think I will go anywhere else now. The pay scale recently changed for the better and we are getting better service oriented people to work for us. It is fast paced, but definitely fun for me with organization.

  Their in person drop off/pick up attendants are extremely rude and unprofessional. The many people who I have encountered act as if it is an imposition to be doing a drop off or a pick up. If you are not ready for them to drop off at that moment they will leave. Never returning. Leaving you and your business to figure out where to get much needed monies. When trying to verify the bags they are taking from said store and explaining to me that “I don’t need to do that” and that it’s “highly unnecessary”. Excuse me? I’m trusting you to leave with hundreds of thousands of dollars without verifying it? I’m just supposed to trust you? Someone whom i have never met before? Absolutely not. If this is your service provider - I apologize in advance for their poor quality service skills and lack of professionalism.
