Called for a sewer clean out due to toilet backing up into the tub. Not only did they send out a plumber who spoke ZERO English (should that not be a requirement on this side of the border?) with a child to translate, he claimed is was over 100 feet to the clog, took my $40 and left without fixing a thing. The clog is right by the toilet. It takes 2-3 flushes to back up into the tub. We now have another plumber coming out to actually do the job we hired Rocha to do in the first place.
